Dear John,
Today, we honor and celebrate the life and courage of Dr. King and his fight for a future our communities deserve. As we enter a new administration, Dr. King's legacy and the hard-fought wins across the spectrum of movements are under threat.
Today's inauguration marks the start a new chapter of attacks for immigrants, people of color, and working class communities, but I'm grounded in the truth that there is power in organizing, and whether it's protecting each other, defending each other, or informing each other, we cannot do this alone.
Thank you for your support as we continue to fight to end mass incarceration, deportations, and detentions.

Hoy honramos y celebramos la vida y el coraje del Dr. King y su lucha por un futuro que nuestras comunidades merecen. Al entrar en una nueva administración, el legado del Dr. King y las victorias conseguidas con tanto esfuerzo en todos los movimientos se ven amenazados.
