The unbelievable has happened, again.

Today, Donald Trump, a convicted criminal, a racist who does not respect the rule of law, is back at the helm of the most powerful country in the world.

Except this time he’s propped up by the world’s richest man, Elon Musk.

This is a dangerous time for social justice and the environment. Hard-fought progress on equality and action on the climate crisis are under serious threat. We can’t let Trump’s politics of division and hatred win.

Here in Britain, a Trump-style far-right is rising. Nigel Farage’s Reform UK is growing from the ashes of Boris Johnson’s Conservatives, and Labour isn’t doing enough to address the concerns of a country struggling with poverty, disintegrating services, and worsening quality of living.

We know that to challenge the far right, we must offer a transformative alternative; a bold vision that prioritises people, addresses inequality, and invests in our future. The Green Party offers that vision.

But John, we need your support more than ever.
