Friend, Dr. King's words are as relevant today as ever.

Friend, the final book that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. published in his lifetime was titled Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?

It's a question that resonates as urgently today as it did nearly sixty years ago.

The paths in front of us today couldn't be more divergent. We can give in to chaos, division, fear, and inequality — or we can do the difficult and rewarding work of building community, taking care of each other, and creating a better world.

In the final years before his life was cut tragically short, Dr. King continued to be a champion for civil rights and racial equality. But his moral vision didn't stop there. He spoke out with resounding clarity against income inequality and was a leading advocate for peace around the world.

Dr. King believed in a future without discrimination, poverty, or injustice. That's the future we're still fighting for today. I'm grateful to have you with me, friend.
