The YEO Network, a program of People For the American Way Foundation, is the first and only national initiative providing policy support, leadership development, and networking opportunities for elected officials under the age of 40. Since its founding in 2005, YEO has grown into a network of more than 1,300 elected officials across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands – changing the face of American politics at every level.
But we’re not stopping there. With the relaunch of FLLA, we’re expanding our efforts to train the next wave of changemakers – equipping young people, particularly those from underrepresented communities, with the tools they need to run campaigns, mobilize communities, and govern effectively.
