Eight years ago, Donald Trump’s inauguration marked a turbulent chapter for our country. It was a time of uncertainty, fear, and challenges.
On that day and every day moving forward, we’ve dedicated ourselves to fighting for those most impacted by the greed and chaos of the far-right.
In the face of every attack, we’ve built something stronger: this movement. We’ve grown our financial and mutual aid support, we’ve built a community of like-minded progressives, and we’ve fostered a hope for a better future.
No matter what the far-right has thrown our way, our Squad is still standing.
Now, John, imagine four years from today — on the eve of a new presidency and the end of the Trump administration. Though we can’t know exactly what that day will look like, we do know it will come.
We are all working towards that day together. While these next four years will be an uphill battle, we know that there will be an end to Trump's chaos. In the meantime, we’ll do all that we can to set a foundation of care, compassion, and progress for us all and not just the privileged few.
