John,

IN JUST HOURS, President Trump takes office, but the battle to defend life and liberty is just beginning.

The radical Left, the Deep State, and the seething mainstream media have been carefully scheming, laying traps for the new Administration. They will do anything they can to force a radical Left, socialist, authoritarian agenda down our throats. They believe they are above the law and unaccountable to President Trump or the Constitution.

They are WRONG.

Today, the ACLJ stands strong, ready to defend our constitutional republic and ensure that President Trump's policies to reverse the nightmares of the last four years are upheld in court.

President Trump is expected to sign numerous Executive orders today and over the next few days to restore our constitutional framework, defend your religious liberty, uphold freedom, defend life, and promote prosperity.

The radical Left will file a litany of lawsuits to defeat them. The Deep State will refuse to follow the law.

And your ACLJ will battle back every single time through FOIAs, lawsuits, and briefs in court. And we are ready to take the fight to the U.S. Supreme Court and win – AGAIN.

President Trump's constitutional actions to restore liberty MUST be defended. But it will take immense resources for the vicious battles that we know lie ahead.

Today – Day One to restore America – we need your Tax-Deductible support.
