Team,

I'm Josh Weil, a public educator and the Democrat running in the just announced special election in Florida’s Sixth Congressional District.

We have only a few days to raise $24,456 so we can have the funds to launch our campaign properly and actually have a shot of flipping this seat.

If we do not raise this money, we could not have a viable Democratic challenger in this critical special election. Please, I am reaching out to you directly. Will you split a contribution between my campaign and iVote Fund of $25 so we can launch our campaign correctly? [[link removed]]

I’m running against Trump and DeSantis’s hand picked nominee, Randy Fine. He’s a far-right extremist who will be a rubber stamp on everything they want to do in Congress.

To stop him, first we need a strong launch to our campaign. I’m counting on you to please chip in and split a contribution between my campaign and iVote Fund. [[link removed]]

This race is winnable with a bold and clear message for Florida’s Sixth Congressional District.

As you know, special elections are a more favorable electorate for Democrats. And with Trump poised to create chaos in Washington, this could be an incredibly favorable electoral climate for a candidate like me.

I believe our nation is only as wealthy as its poorest citizens. The tax dollars of the working class are used to subsidize the lifestyles of billionaires while we struggle with rising food costs, an inaccessible housing market, and access to health care.

Unlike some other Democrats, I get it because I don’t come from money. I’ve been a public educator right here in Osceola.

Folks, I’m really counting on you. Will you split a contribution between my campaign and iVote Fund so we can defeat Trump’s handpicked nominee and flip the House of Representatives. [[link removed]]

Thank you for your contribution,

Josh Weil,
Democrat for U.S. Congress (FL-6)

iVote was created in 2014 with one goal: secure voting rights for all Americans.

Rather than take on challenges in the court after unfair laws have passed, iVote plays defense on voter suppression efforts AND goes on offense to secure and expand access to voting.

Going on offense is critical. We have the chance to elect Secretaries of State that will protect our elections for years to come. But Republicans are already suppressing and blocking certain citizens from exercising their fundamental right to vote.

We need a massive coalition to register new voters and protect our right to vote in this election and beyond.

We know you get a lot of emails, but it's only because this fight is so important. We need you to stick with us long term. But if you must go, you can unsubscribe.
