Hi John, Ballots have been sent out for our 2025 Subgroup Leadership Elections to all DSA-LA members in good standing. Please look for a link from “[email protected]” to find your ballot. There will be four competitive office races this year, listed below. All other DSA-LA subgroup leadership positions are non-contested and candidates have been elected by acclamation. Races are open for voting to all chapter members.
Voting closes on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. Please note if you joined DSA-LA in the last 2 weeks, your membership may not be updated in our system yet due to processing latency through our National organization. If you would like to become a member of DSA-LA or renew your membership in order to vote, there's still time to join here! If you recently signed up and are requesting a ballot, please email [email protected] with the email confirmation of your membership by Thursday, January 23, and we will issue you a ballot. Requests for ballots made after that time may not be honored. Check out our elections page for answers to other common ballot issues or email [email protected].
