No taxation without representation!

That’s a fundamental principle of Canada’s democracy.

But the Trudeau government is breaking that principle. Unelected Canada Revenue Agency bureaucrats are taking more money from Canadians with a tax hike that was never passed by Parliament.

You can’t let Ottawa get away with undemocratic tax hikes.

Here’s the good news: Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre just promised to reverse the capital gains tax hike if he becomes prime minister.

The capital gains tax hike will slash 400,000 jobs and blow a $90-billion hole in Canada’s economy. It will hurt everyday Canadians, including entrepreneurs, doctors, workers and people saving for their retirements.

Poilievre is off the bench and making it clear that he will fight against this undemocratic tax hike. Will you join the fight against tax hikes?

“I’m going to have to put out a call to Canadians that they have to stay politically active,” Poilievre said in an interview. “They can’t assume that simply by changing, by voting in an election, that all the problems are going to reverse instantaneously.”
