Dear friend,
Today is an important day. It’s an opportunity for us to take time to remember all those who sacrificed everything for our freedom.

In the past two years, we’ve seen unprecedented attacks on our military and their families. From the so-called “transgender military ban” to dwindling housing conditions for military families, the current leadership in this country has been on the wrong side of history when it comes to many issues, including supporting our military.

It’s time for change. As a Social Worker for the past 40 years, advocating for our military is of key importance to Kathy. We need comprehensive mental health services for our military, we need investment in infrastructure for our military families, we need expansion of healthcare services on military bases, and we need support for the Department of Veterans Affairs, among other things.

Come November, we’re going to turn the tide in this country and elect new leaders - like Kathy - who support our military. We invite you to join us in remembering and honoring those who served.
