Max Gonzales, or GEMS, was “Pittsburgh’s Most Wanted” graffiti writer in 2016. The title put them five figures in debt. While they have since become a muralist, they are still a believer in graffiti as an art form ([link removed]) .

Also this week, PublicSource:
* Introduced you to the eight new members of the Allegheny County Board of Health ([link removed]) .
* Provided you perspectives from the City Planning Commission, which is tasked with weighing two contradictory proposals to affordable housing and zoning in the city ([link removed]) .
* Offered four examples of changes President-Elect Donald Trump could bring for Southwestern PA residents ([link removed]) .

Most of PublicSource's team is working on Monday, which is both Trump's Inauguration Day and Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will have reporters dispatched throughout the region at a number of related events, so stay tuned for more as we work to cover this historic day.

Until then, read this week's stories below. ⬇️
