This is EVIL, and we face a major deadline next week to defeat it.

One state passed a law allowing babies to be killed up to 28 days AFTER birth. By using the term "perinatal" (which covers up to a month after birth) instead of "prenatal" (before birth), the law legalizes infanticide – denying lifesaving care to babies born alive and protecting abortionists.

With state legislative sessions underway, there are new fears that Planned Parenthood will renew its horrendous attempt to pass dangerous bills like this to LEGALIZE infanticide. It's truly unimaginable.

We've taken action, not only filing at state Supreme Courts nationwide to defend life, but we've also been aggressively fighting on Capitol Hill.

Now the Senate's new pro-life leadership has scheduled a vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act for NEXT WEEK. After years of obstruction by radical Leftist Sen. Schumer, we now have a real chance to protect life.

This bill would REQUIRE doctors to provide lifesaving care to any baby born alive, including abortion survivors. We urgently need your help – sign our petition before the vote!
