The Trevor Project
As the Presidential Inauguration approaches, I know many are facing deep concerns about what the future may hold. With the uncertainty surrounding potential policies and a seemingly constant stream of negative news, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed.

To every LGBTQ+ young person across the United States—and to the parents and allies who support them—I want you to know this: You are not alone. You are loved. While the future may feel uncertain, you have an entire community behind you. Many of us have been preparing for the exact kind of political challenges we face now, and for many communities, these are not new.

At The Trevor Project, we know how deeply these worries can affect your mental health. That’s why I’ve prepared a statement to reiterate Trevor’s unshakable support and uplift some helpful resources during this uncertain time.
