But praytell, which creepy case will get us there? We break down what is sure to be the abortion case to go before SCOTUS–and it’s, shockingly, out of Texas. Can Texas sue a New York doctor for sending pills to a Texas patient? 
New York says, “Hell No!”

We say, “This one is heading to SCOTUS!” It’s a blood boiler.
