[link removed] [[link removed]] We’ll keep this short and to the point, John: Montana’s Medicaid expansion program will end in June 2025 unless the Republican-controlled Montana Legislature takes action.
If the Legislature fails to renew this life-saving program, the consequences for our state will be enormous. Over 75,000 Montanans would lose access to affordable health care, and rural hospitals would even face the risk of closure!
Democrats understand that nothing is more important than protecting the health of every single Montanan. But the GOP would rather risk the lives of Montanans to pay for the costs of their massive tax handouts to millionaires and billionaires.
Over the coming months, Montana Democrats will make their voices heard in Helena to defend affordable health care — but we need this entire team behind us to make it happen. Please, pitch in today to help Montana Democrats protect Medicaid.
