Trump's inauguration. What he's saying: "Today, I’m excited to announce a series of bold actions that will make Indiana’s state government leaner, more efficient, and better aligned with the needs of Hoosiers. Congressman Marlin Stutzman recorded a message for his constituents in the 3rd congressional district. Congressman Jim Baird reintroduced the PROTECT Jewish Students and Faculty Act to combat rising antisemitism on college campuses. Congresswoman Victoria Spartz endorsed President Elect Donald J. Trump's nominee for Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth. Congressman Jefferson Shreve is appointed to the House Transportation & Infrastructure and Foreign Affairs Committees. Congressman Mark Messmer is appointed to join the House Education & Workforce Committee. Congresswoman Erin Houchin is appointed to the House Energy & Commerce Committee.
