I’m working every day to make sure the American Dream is within reach for families across Oregon.

I know firsthand how much hard work it takes to get ahead. I worked every job I could find – from serving coffee to painting fences – to get myself through college and became the first in my family to earn a college degree.

But I also know that for many, those opportunities are getting harder to come by. Rising costs, lack of good-paying jobs, and expensive healthcare are making it difficult for families to stay afloat. That’s exactly why I’m fighting in Congress – to level the playing field and make life easier for our community.

We’ve already made progress – passing the nation’s most progressive reproductive health care policy, raising the minimum wage, expanding paid family leave, and lowering prescription drug prices by holding Big Pharma accountable.

I believe change can happen in just one generation – but it takes all of us working together. Can you pitch in today to help keep the American Dream alive for families across Oregon?
