The Project 2025 agenda is a roadmap to undermine our democracy, with plans to weaken enforcement of voting protections, criminalize parts of the electoral process, allow election disinformation to spread unchecked, and give federal access to state voter rolls.

It would strip the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division of its power to defend communities of color and further dismantle the Voting Rights Act (VRA), the cornerstone of civil rights legislation signed at the height of the movement to combat racial discrimination in voting.
