January 19 is National Sanctity of Human Life Sunday — a day when churches across the nation come together to celebrate God’s precious gift of life, remember the many lives lost to abortion, and reaffirm our commitment to protecting human life at every stage.

President Ronald Reagan issued a presidential proclamation on January 13, 1984, designating Sunday, January 22, 1984, as National Sanctity of Human Life Day, on the 11th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Reagan also issued the proclamation annually, designating Sanctity of Human Life Day to be the closest Sunday to the original January 22 date.

Join us and millions of believers in churches nationwide to celebrate National Sanctity of Human Life Sunday this weekend. Pray for the unborn and the pro-life movement, asking the Lord to continue saving lives. Together, let’s continue to honor the sanctity of life and stand united as voices for the voiceless.
