🌱 BAHIP: Diversifying Our Field, Nurturing New Leaders BAHIP is designed to help recruit diverse young talent into the affordable housing development industry. BAHIP interns are students from Bay Area colleges and universities who have a passion for serving their diverse communities through increasing affordable housing opportunities. They are placed at host agencies – leading nonprofit affordable housing developers – for a one-year, paid internship to learn the basics of affordable housing real estate development. |
