As part of the Blueprint for Rural Policy Action in the States ([link removed]) , this toolkit equips legislators with case studies, advocacy strategies, and insights from movement leaders, elected officials, and grassroots partners. By blending policy expertise with organizing best practices, the toolkit helps policymakers collaborate with their communities to:
