John, today’s my birthday!
I was 24 when I launched my campaign for Congress. People said I was too young to make a difference – but I’m so grateful that people like you called “B.S.” and supported me anyway.
I’m still in my twenties, and still the youngest member of Congress (by a few years). This movement is still youth-powered, and proudly so. And we’re still defying the odds to make the difference we believe in.
So yeah, I know birthdays bring change. But those core beliefs we’re all fighting for? I know those won’t change. That’s why I’m asking for one specific thing for my birthday this year: your recommitment to our movement for a better future, for every generation.
My birthday wish is that our movement grows stronger than ever in 2025, and that’s going to take more than a few blown-out candles to achieve. Can you donate $28 for my 28th birthday today? >>
John, unlike my birthday cake, I won’t sugarcoat this: We’re at a critical moment for our movement. We know who’s about to get sworn in to office next week, so right now, we need to make a choice:
We can either sit back and let the far-right agenda defeat us, OR we can come together as one to keep fighting for bold progress for our communities.
I’m not taking a day off for my birthday, because our movement is fighting 24/7, 365 days a year. But to keep up the work, I need YOU in my corner.
So for my birthday, I’m counting on your grassroots support to raise $10,000 today so we can keep our campaign firing on all cylinders in 2025. That’s how we show EVERYONE that our youth-powered movement is only getting stronger with age.
John, can you help me celebrate my birthday by donating $28 before midnight? Your support will make this my best birthday yet – and our movement the strongest it’s been! >>

Thanks for celebrating with me,
