John,
Two years ago today, I was sworn in as Pennsylvania’s 48th Governor — and since then, we’ve brought real, meaningful change to the good people of Pennsylvania.
Every day, I am humbled by the fact that millions of Pennsylvanians placed their faith in me to serve as their Governor. I am inspired by the progress we have made in the last two years. And I am energized by the important work that lies ahead of us — the work to bring people together, expand real freedom, and get real things done for every single community across our great Commonwealth.
We’ve come a long way together in the last two years. We’ve worked with Republicans and Democrats alike to deliver historic increases in funding for K-12 education. We’ve invested in Pennsylvania’s economy by supporting small businesses, main streets, and downtowns. We’ve reformed permitting processes to speed up government. And we’ve cut taxes more than four times to put more money in the pockets of working families.
Today marks the halfway point of my term as your Governor. And John, I’m just getting started. There’s still work to be done when it comes to expanding opportunity, defending real freedom, and investing in Pennsylvania’s future, and I intend to deliver that progress in every way I can over the next two years.
Finally, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you, John. I would not be here without your support, and I hope I can count on you in the future as we take on the consequential fights that lie ahead of us.
As we mark this important milestone, will you chip in to help my team keep charging ahead for years to come? I’m not slowing down even a moment, but I need this team behind me as we continue the work to move Pennsylvania forward.
