I hope you’re having a good Memorial Day weekend and have had a chance to get out (safely, of course) and enjoy time with your family.

While this Memorial Day may look different from years past, we must never forget that we recognize this day as a way to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

I urge you to take a moment today to actively reflect on the true meaning of this day and the ultimate sacrifices that were made for our freedoms. We can never repay this bravery, but we can do our best to preserve all that they fought for.
