Her Bold Move was created to support pro-choice, pro-WOMEN women as they run for office, especially in red/abortion ban states where women are living under dangerous legislation written by rooms full of men. It’s no surprise that the states with the fewest women in government are the same states passing dangerous legislation about women’s bodies.

We’ve opened state-level chapters in Texas and Florida. Our goal for 2025 will be to open at least three more state-level groups in key abortion ban states to double down on our work of chipping away at those states’ male, anti-choice majorities.

We’ve conducted a deep analysis of the political landscape in many of the states with abortion bans and found that most of them simply don’t have any infrastructure or support systems in place for pro-choice women candidates. Imagine what could happen if we changed that.
