Today, we honor the heroes we've lost. Those who fought to protect our freedom and Democracy with strength and an unfaltering belief in the people of our great nation.
As we take this moment to reflect, with gratitude and respect, we must honor their lives by continuing to stand up for what's right.
On this day, I recommit to standing for Country over party and for people before politics. I have hope for our future.
