Hey Team,
Today is Memorial Day -- a day to remember the service members we have lost and their courage and dedication to protecting the home we all love.
What unites us as Americans is the belief in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and our core rights: the freedom of speech, religion, and press. And those of our service members who made that ultimate sacrifice, did so to protect these sacred beliefs.
Today is a reminder of the debt we owe to the families of fallen soldiers. That’s why as your Member of Congress, I will prioritize making sure these families and all of our veterans never have to worry about health care, homelessness, or unemployment.
While we cannot gather in person to celebrate and salute the sacrifice of so many this year, we can still take time to pause and honor all who have given everything for this country.
To the fallen and their family members, from the bottom of our hearts: thank you.
In solidarity,
Frank J. Mrvan
