The LA wildfires are overwhelming shelters with displaced pets, and there’s no more space.

Tomorrow, Jan. 17th, we’re teaming up with Greater Good Charities to fund an emergency rescue flight for 50+ at-risk shelter pets out of San Diego. This flight will free up room in L.A. shelters so pets escaping the fires have somewhere safe to go.

A dog was rescued near the fires in Altadena, severely burned, dehydrated, and covered in ash. His paw pads were singed, making it painful to walk, but he remains incredibly sweet, leaning into anyone who shows him kindness. He is now stable and receiving care in the ICU, where the veterinary team is treating his wounds and providing fluids.
