Quick update, John.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been assigned to two key committees for the upcoming Congress: the Science, Space & Technology Committee and the Armed Services Committee.

With my experience as NASA chief of staff under President Obama and as the head of an aerospace company, I’m uniquely positioned to maximize the potential of my role on the Science, Space & Technology Committee. This committee directly impacts our community – from creating good-paying jobs to advancing technologies for wildfire prevention. I’m ready to hit the ground running on day one to deliver meaningful results.

The Armed Services Committee provides another opportunity to advocate for service members across CA-27, just as I did during the campaign. From budgeting to personnel to facilities, this committee oversees critical areas that affect our troops and their families.

These committee assignments are not just honors – they’re opportunities to bring serious progress to our district. I look forward to working across the aisle to get the job done for California’s 27th.

More updates soon,

George
