Contract changes
DES updates pricing for water treatment product contract
DES posted updated pricing for contract 25623 for water treatment products.
The prices for dry and wet polymers increased 4% because of an increase in the cost of raw materials, effective Jan. 16.

Expiring audio-visual solutions contract will lead to purchasing gap
Contract 03418 for audio-visual solutions expires March 31. There will be a gap in contract coverage. We encourage purchasers to place orders before the expiration date.
We are in the process of finalizing the new audio-visual solutions contract, 00224. We expect to award the contract in the spring.

Help us develop roadway maintenance products statewide contract
DES is developing contract 05124 for roadway maintenance products, which replaces contract 07121, and is looking for purchasers and subject matter experts to share their experience and feedback with us.
We are hosting a meeting for interested purchasers on Jan. 29 at 10 a.m. Attendees will have a chance to provide feedback, learn more about the contract, the solicitation process, and how to participate. DES is seeking feedback about awarding vendors on contract 00924 for dental products, equipment, and services. This is a cooperative contract from MMCAP Infuse.
MMCAP awarded three contractors that can be considered for participating on Washington’s contract:
- Dental Health Products
- Henry Schein
- Patterson Dental Supply
