John,
Memorial Day is a time to honor those who paid the ultimate price to protect America and defend freedom around the world.

It is because of their service and sacrifice that America is still a land of liberty and opportunity.

It’s truly humbling to know that while we honor those who gave their all, there are women and men still deployed around the world during these uncertain times, defending our ideals and upholding our way of life.

It’s a reminder that the best, and I mean the very best, our nation has to offer serve in uniform.

Today, I hope you’ll join Bonnie and me in remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice and praying for the families who still grieve their loss. May God bless our women and men in uniform, and may God continue to bless Georgia and the United States of America.
