Confirmation hearings for Trump administration officials are underway, and it’s clear there is a concerted push to demand the continued unconstitutional mass surveillance of Americans.

Just last week, Tulsi Gabbard, nominated by the President-elect to serve as the Director of National Intelligence, seemingly reversed her past opposition to mass surveillance under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Her apparent change of heart came in the wake of pressure from statist Senate Republicans like Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and John Cornyn (R-TX).

And in multiple confirmation hearings this week, officials like Pam Bondi (nominated for Attorney General) and John Radcliffe (nominated for CIA Director) were grilled about Section 702 of FISA – which has been used to unconstitutionally spy on millions of Americans like you and me.

These senators weren’t demanding Trump’s nominees support the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which requires the government get a warrant before spying on any particular person and forbids warrantless mass surveillance.

No – these senators were demanding Trump’s nominees support warrantless mass surveillance under Section 702!!
In just a few months, hearings will begin on legislation to re-authorize the warrantless mass surveillance program under Section 702.

That’s why it’s so critical we speak out RIGHT NOW and DEMAND our U.S. Senators OPPOSE warrantless mass surveillance of American citizens under Section 702 of FISA.

The FBI and the Spy State abused the “Section 702 Database” under FISA over THREE MILLION times in just one year . . . and it wasn’t to spy on Hamas.

It was to spy on you and other innocent American citizens.

Section 702 has been abused year after year to illegally spy on law-abiding Americans without a warrant.

I know you won’t be fooled by their vague rhetoric of “fighting terrorism” and concerns about the open border (that they failed to secure). . .

And I know you won’t be fooled by any nonsense about a “temporary” or “short-term” extension – we all know these programs never end, unless We, the People, force them to.

But now that the statists in the U.S. Senate are taking advantage of these hearings to extract promises from incoming Trump officials, it’s critical you and I speak up and prove the American people DEMAND an end to the Surveillance State!

The Surveillance State has abused Section 702 to amass millions upon millions of records on countless Americans, and even members of Congress.

Section 702 has been abused to illegally spy on law-abiding Americans without a warrant and even use that unconstitutionally collected data in criminal proceedings against them.
Many talking heads have theorized the intelligence services must have files on Republican politicians who still love Section 702 after all the abuses we’ve seen.

It's hard to laugh that off as a conspiracy theory.

After all, the first FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, famously kept records on members of Congress and blackmailed them.

But now, with Trump set to take the reins, there is at least a fighting chance the Deep State spymasters face threats from within, not just from Congress.
