The federal government and NFIB both filed with the U.S. Supreme Court on whether the indefinite hold on beneficial ownership reporting should remain. Urge Congress to provide permanent relief to small businesses and fully repeal this requirement.

Ahead of the new Congressional session, NFIB released the Small Business Growth Agenda to encourage lawmakers to prioritize small business issues during the 119th Congress.
