The bravery our men and women in uniform demonstrate each and every day is truly remarkable. Sadly, not everyone makes it back home to enjoy the freedoms they fought to protect.

That's what today is all about, team. It's not just a day off to spend time with friends and family -- Memorial Day is a special time to recognize and honor those who've laid down their lives for us.

So please, join me in expressing our sincerest thanks to the troops we've lost at home and abroad, and to the Gold Star families remembering their loved ones today. They deserve our gratitude today and every day.
