Inauguration Day is just four days away, and I am feeling the same angst and anger I felt eight years ago when Donald Trump was first sworn into office.

This time around, Trump is armed with Project 2025—a playbook for undermining our rights and unraveling what's left of our reproductive freedom.

Re: Our response to Trump's first 100 days

Several of you have asked me recently to lay out our plan to counter Donald Trump's first 100 days in office. It's important to remember that abortion has been and will continue to be a winning issue.

Case in point: Ballot initiatives were successful in seven states in November's election—including in four states that Trump won. Plus, knowing full well that he'd lose on the issue, Trump promised not to touch abortion access as president. (To be clear, we have no intention of taking his word on that!)

With all of that in mind, here's our three-point plan for the first 100 days of the Trump administration:

1. Starting with Trump's deeply dangerous nominees, we're going to be working to block as many from being confirmed as possible and undermine any who do get a vote. We've already begun mobilizing against Pam Bondi's outrageous nomination as Attorney General and more will follow soon.
2. As state legislatures come back into session around the country, we are monitoring closely for anti-abortion bills. We have incredible coalition partners in key states with whom we'll be advocating for proactive legislation that protects or expands reproductive freedom.
3. We are beginning to build our 2026 electoral map. In addition to key 2025 races, the work to win back Congress in 2026 begins now. Republicans have an incredibly slim (2 seat!) majority in the House—which means we have an incredible opportunity to flip the House in 2026.

As you know, the scale and success of these initiatives all depends on the generosity of our supporters. Donations of any size will help ensure we have the resources needed to deliver on our plan for the first 100 days and beyond. [[link removed]]
