Because early donations are the key to victory. They lay the groundwork for everything from TV and digital ads, to voter contacts and our field program.
No doubt about it, Democrats have their eyes on Tom’s seat. They hate Tom Cotton because he won’t bend a knee to the politically correct mob. He called out their COVID lies and lockdowns, their open borders, and their anti-Israel, anti-America Little Gazas.
They know that if we fall behind early on, they have a chance of flipping his seat. And if they flip his seat, odds are they flip the Senate.
That’s the worst case scenario, because President Trump needs a four-year majority to fully implement his agenda.
Falling behind on fundraising this early would kneecap our own chances of victory.
Tom Cotton was born and raised on his family’s cattle farm in Arkansas, served as an Army infantry officer in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is fighting for working Americans in the U.S. Senate.
The tragic attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred during Tom’s final year of law school and changed his life’s trajectory.
After clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and spending a short time in private law practice, he joined the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, spending nearly five years on active duty.
Between his two combat tours he served as a platoon leader with the Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, the unit responsible for military honors funerals.
Tom’s military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, and Ranger Tab.
In the U.S. Senate, he’s fighting the tough battles for Arkansans and Americans, and delivering real results. He knows that only the strong can survive in a dangerous world, and he’s building a movement to make America strong again.
Senator Cotton was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army.
