Our trainings and programming are designed to give LGBTQ+ leaders the tools and knowledge they need to run for office, work with political parties and shape the conversation around equality in their countries. Our alumni go on to run for office and shatter rainbow ceilings around the globe! We teach candidates and their staff how to find and execute a winning campaign strategy. We're the only global organization dedicated to this essential work for the LGBTQ+ community.
