Why is VA Transitioning to Login.gov or ID.me Accounts?

VA currently has four online sign-in account options (Login.gov, ID.me, My HealtheVet, and DS Logon) and VA is transitioning down to two sign-in account options in 2025: Login.gov and ID.me. Watch to learn the reasons why and how you can set up an account during the transition.
