Dear Friend,

We just filed our lawsuit challenging President Trump's unlawful "Public Charge" regulation -- a racially-motivated wealth test designed to prevent immigrants of color from coming to and remaining in the United States.

The Trump administration has deliberately designed this policy to target immigrant families of color, which is part of its overall blueprint to change the face of what we look like as a nation and who is considered worthy of being an American. In Trump's elitist world, coming to the US to build a thriving life will be impossible -- only a family of four making over $64,000 per year will be allowed.

We will not stand for it. We're fighting back against this racist policy, and we're going to win the fight to protect immigrant families. >>> [link removed]

Friend, our legal team is already at the courthouse challenging this unlawful regulation to prevent it from harming millions of families. Your support is crucial to helping us mount the best legal fight. Please consider giving $25, $35 or whatever amount you're comfortable with.

Trump's public charge regulation is scheduled to go into effect on October 15. But together, we can stop this discriminatory rule from ever seeing the light of day with our legal fight. Your gift will fund the battle and support our plaintiffs in this fight.

Thank you for your support,
