CHAPTER HIGHLIGHTS
OCA - Greater Washington D.C Chapter
Mary Tom from the OCA - Greater Washington D.C Chapter attended the Youth Mental Health Summit on Saturday, Nov. 23. Here's a one minute presentation that a high school leader, Ethan Huang, made with the students at the event.
Additionally, Mary was honored to serve as a judge for the BEST community service project for a Community Service Project Award at a Chinese American Parents Association in Montgomery County (CAPA-MC) National High School Student Showcase event, on Nov. 30, at the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC) in Gaithersburg, MD. The photo shows the high school students who competed.

A huge total attendee group photo with VIP guests can be seen toward the end of the YouTube video linked HERE.  The students were very bright with lots of energy and enthusiasm about their service projects in community service, civic engagement, business entrepreneurship, and Open Microphone performances.
