That’s nice, and it’s made both of them a lot of money—but how does that qualify her to lead the Department of Education? Well, it doesn’t. But her job likely won’t be to lead the department—it’ll be to close it down. As Trump has said many, many times, and as Project 2025 calls for, he intends to eliminate the department entirely. And just yesterday, a Republican House member introduced legislation to abolish the Department.
