Hello John,
This week we’re all joining together in solidarity, support, and compassion for those impacted by the devastating wildfires in California. We have included information below on ways you can support those in need. Historically, mutual aid has been a driving force in community building. Across Los Angeles, mutual aid is rapidly mobilizing for families in the form of donations, relief kit distributions, shelters, service brigades, wellness checks, and much more.
For many families in California, there is an added burden of uncertainty with increased ICE raids. Communities in Bakersfield, Fresno, and Los Angeles have mobilized in support of immigrant rights. Know your rights resources are available here.
Mutual aid comes in many forms and from near and far. Thank you to all for coming together; we are proud to work with power-building communities.
Our team will continue to share resources, follow us on Bluesky, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn for updates from our partner community.
In Solidarity,
