Our strategy is clear — recruiting and training women who are part of the fabric of their communities and represent the New American Majority — Black, Brown, Indigenous women, women of color, as well as young, LGBTQ+, and unmarried women. With more than 1,200 Emerge alums already in elected office, our team is working around the clock to continue our training efforts and support a new class of Emerge alums to win.

Our new group of leaders includes single moms, union members, teachers, community organizers, and students, all ready to lead the future. They are the firewall to fight back against Trump, his allies, and their bad policy decisions.
