Supreme Court hears oral arguments from WILL Attorney Lucas Vebber

WILL attorney, Lucas Vebber, argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court in a major administrative agency authority case involving the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The case, Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, Inc. v. DNR, challenges when administrative agencies like DNR are required to promulgate rules prior to requiring Wisconsinites to act.
