Join Us January 18 At The People's March In DC & Across The Country
We see it all around us—unchecked corporate greed is causing ever-worsening inequality and climate change. While Trump fills his administration with unqualified politicians and billionaires committed to do industry’s bidding, everyday people are going to pay the price. But it doesn’t have to be this way. That’s why thousands of us are gathering in DC and in 290 cities across the nation two days before Trump’s inauguration to send a clear message: true power comes from the people. We will not back down in our resistance to attacks on justice, democracy, fundamental rights, and a livable planet.
Join a People's March Near You!

Take Action
When Climate Disaster Strikes
The devastating fires in Los Angeles have wiped entire neighborhoods off the map. Climate change is supercharging these unnatural disasters, which are only becoming more destructive and frequent. While we fight to hold Big Polluters accountable, we must also do everything we can to protect our communities and be prepared in case the worst happens. If you’re able, please consider donating to organizations assisting with disaster relief.
See what to pack in an emergency go bag, and share with friends and neighbors to make sure they’re prepared.

Protect Our Clean Energy Future
While Los Angeles is burning, Republicans in Congress are trying to cut funding for the clean energy programs intended to fight climate change so that corporations can make more profit. This is unconscionable. But these programs are popular across blue and red states and we have a real shot at stopping this – if enough of us speak up. Your representative needs to hear from you that we don’t want them to raise energy taxes, kill local jobs, and make climate change worse.
Tell Congress to protect climate action and clean energy programs!

Grizzly Bears Saved
Grizzlies stay protected—for now. President Biden’s administration just announced that grizzly bears will remain listed as “threatened” under the Endangered Species Act. Why? These iconic animals have only reclaimed 4% of their historic range across Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and Washington.
A big win for wildlife, but the fight isn’t over.

The Biden Administration Bans Offshore Drilling
Sixty percent of Americans opposed efforts by the first Trump administration to lift offshore drilling bans. Now, in the waning days of his administration, President Biden has protected an additional 625 million acres of coastline from offshore oil and gas drilling.
This is a major win for all Americans and especially those in communities that depend on coastal waters for their livelihoods and local economies.

Mushrooms Capture the Imagination. Here's Why.
Mushrooms have attracted our curiosity for the same reasons that they have repulsed people for centuries. They crop up amid death and rot and thrive amid human disturbance, from clearcuts to oil slicks to wildfire burns.
Now, they're taking over pop culture.
