Out of State Physician Surrenders License
OLYMPIA, WA – In November 2024, Christine Lloyd, MD (Lic. #60309651) entered into a Stipulation to Informal Disposition with the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) voluntarily surrendering her license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
Dr. Lloyd currently resides in South Carolina.
The WMC issued a Statement of Allegations alleging that Dr. Lloyd performed independent medical exams that fell below the standard of care. Dr. Lloyd is not eligible to seek reinstatement.
