Next Sunday, May 31st, is our next big fundraising deadline and an opportunity to send Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith a message: The people of Mississippi are ready for positive change, and this grassroots-powered campaign is preparing to win in November.

I knew that if I was going to run for Senate again, I needed to do it right. Since we launched this campaign last year, we’ve been working to build a powerful operation to connect with voters and get out the vote so we can claim victory this November.

I want to meet Mississippians where they’re at and hear what’s concerning them the most. There’s no reason our state shouldn’t be moving forward when it comes to good-paying jobs, affordable and accessible health care, high quality public education, and more. The only thing standing in our way is the extreme agenda of Cindy Hyde-Smith.

So let’s do it: Let’s keep up the hard work and build the strongest people-powered campaign possible to take on the GOP machine and dark-money donors of Hyde-Smith, and achieve victory in five months.
