The New Pennsylvania Project and Why Courts Matter - PA are excited to continue our vital work providing civic education to our centered communities. As a voting rights organization, our mission is to provide current, accurate, and accessible information about the importance of voting in every election.

We’d love for you to join us for our Why Courts Matter- 201 Virtual Townhall:

Why Attend?
This townhall will focus on the importance of our state and federal courts, how they impact our daily lives, and how to engage in the state judicial election process, and protect the independence of our federal courts.

Specifically, we will discuss:How federal judges are appointed and confirmed for a lifetime, and their long-term impact on our daily lives.The
2025 Pennsylvania judicial elections (including retention elections for three seats on the PA Supreme Court).
