I know I emailed you over the weekend about the wildfires in California, but I wanted to send you an update.

Thanks to the quick response of donors like you we have already been able to send 85,000 masks to our partners on the ground. We have plans to send more critical aid in the coming days.

Since fierce winds began to fuel the fires on January 7, the situation has continued to escalate, with blazes spreading across thousands of acres. Hundreds of thousands of people have directly been impacted by these wildfires, many have lost homes, businesses, and all their personal belongings.

There is an enormous need for critical aid to help those who are suffering.

To support those impacted by the fires, we need your help to purchase supplies as well as send aid from our Global Logistics Center.

We are partnering with Cru® Inner City and local churches in the Los Angeles area. Together, we are coordinating a relief effort that will include vital resources such as clothing, meals, hygiene kits, and other essential items.

Right now, we need you to help us cover the costs of both purchasing and sending these supplies to those in desperate need.

Whatever amount you can give, whether it’s $50, $100, or more, will directly impact those who need help and hope now.

May I also ask you to pray for those impacted? Pray for those living in LA. Pray for the first responders working to contain the fires. Pray for those helping to distribute aid to the victims.
