As you know, last week’s winter weather necessitated cancelling this weekend’s inauguration ceremonies. Keeping everyone safe always comes first.

While I am disappointed we weren’t able to be together in person on Saturday, I was pleased to deliver my inaugural address from the Old House Chamber at the North Carolina State Capitol online. You can watch it below.
